Industrial Pipe & Duct Insulation

1. Why ThermaCote® for Pipes?
   • Thin‐film advantage: Traditional lagging can be bulky, trap moisture, and degrade.

     • Salt spray tests show ThermaCote® resists delamination when applied over grit-blasted steel (ISO 12944-2 compliant).
     • Extends maintenance cycles from 18 months to 36 months on exposed piping.
   • Refineries & Petrochemical Piping:
     • Coats both insulated and uninsulated pipe runs, reducing radiant heat transfer that fatigues gaskets and seals.
     • Can be overcoated with chemical‐resistant topcoats for aggressive atmospheres.

1. Industrial Building Envelopes
   • Coating cold storage walls, reducing frost formation.
